The challenge was to automate event management for the IntegraBúzios program, replacing a 100% manual, inefficient workflow with bottlenecks with a scalable solution. The goal was to reduce the operational burden on organizers while offering autonomy to participants.
The solution was a proprietary web platform that centralizes the entire event flow. It offers an administrative dashboard for creating and managing activities and registrants, and a self-management area for participants to confirm or cancel their attendance. This decentralized actions, eliminated repetitive manual tasks, and increased operational efficiency. This project was carried out during CESAR School's Summer Job program and also had the help of other students: Gabriel Bezerra, Rodrigo Dubeaux, Clara Machado, and Charles Araújo.
